Insomnia is the most commonly diagnosed sleep disorder.

Insomnia can make it difficult to fall asleep, stay asleep, or get enough sleep to feel rested.  Insomnia may also cause daytime sleepiness, anxiety, depression, irritability, and difficulty concentrating.
