Selecting the appropriate Chair

Unfortunately, a lot of people visit our office because they didn’t select the appropriate chair. You may be seriously harmed by the chair you spend hours upon hours each day. To sit correctly and maintain spinal balance throughout the day, you need a chair that is ergonomically correct. An ergonomic chair is designed to support your posture, weight, and back as best possible. Back pain can be avoided with the right chair.

Just like our mothers always told us: We need to sit up straight. It matters more than ever when you’re spending long hours in your chair at home or at work. When used properly, an ergonomic chair can help maximize back support and maintain good posture while sitting.  No matter how comfortable your chair is, prolonged sitting in one position is not good for the back and is a common contributor to back problems and muscle strain.   It is also a main contributor to bad posture.

You owe it to yourself to have your posture examined if you have back pain and find yourself sitting around more than you should  🙂
