So you are experiencing back pain. What can you do at home to relieve the pain?
Lie on a rug or padded floor. If you can not get down to that low a hard bed will suffice. Support your neck with a small pillow or rolled up towel. Place another pillow under your knees.. Place an ice back on the floor under the area that is hurting. Relax as best as possible for 20 minutes. Wait an hour and repeat as often as needed to help with the inflammation.
Symptoms that indicate you may need to see a chiropractor:
